BOOT CAMP- Is a high energy group-based fitness program that combines elements of military-style training with high-intensity interval training, and functional exercises. Each session covers a variety of exercises, ensuring a full-body workout that targets different muscle groups. The class include body weight movement, slam balls, and much more.
