You can choose between a membership which costs
$110 per month with a one time $60 registration
Total is $170
Or you can choose to pay per a single class which costs
$25
The weekly schedule for our classes is
Tuesday Wednesday and Friday starting at 8:10pm to 9:30pm

CORE CONDITIONING- Is a focused fitness session aimed at strengthening and toning the core muscles, which include the abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes.The class usually starts with a warm-up to prepare your body, often including light cardio and dynamic stretches to activate the core muscles, the main part of the class involves a series of exercises targeting the core. These can range from planks, crunches, and leg raises to more advanced moves like Russian twists and Pilates-inspired workouts.
