You can choose between a membership which costs
$110 per month with a one time $60 registration
Total is $170
Or you can choose to pay per a single class which costs
$25
The weekly schedule for our classes is
Tuesday Wednesday and Friday starting at 8:10pm to 9:30pm

KICKBOXING- Our kickboxing class combines martial arts techniques with heart-pumping cardio, starts with a warm up to get the heart rate up and muscles ready for exercise, we include jumping Jacks, jumping ropes, push-ups and stretches, then we start with the technique training such as jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts and different types of kicks, participants practice these moves in the air, on pad or with a partner (while wearing protective gear) also can practice their moves on heavy bags , which helps to build strength and technique, we also strengthen the core doing planks and abdominal crunches.
BOXING- The class Normally begins with an introduction to the basic stance and footwork wich are crucial for balance and movement in boxing, we warm up with exercises like shadow boxing,skipping rope,stretching. The instructor demonstrate and teach various punches such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, our participants practice these punches focusing on form, speed and power
Once the basics are down the class moves on to combination drills, where participants combine sequences of punches for fluid execution, we also work on heavy bags, pads and defense moves the class also includes strength and conditioning exercises specific to boxing.
