You can choose between a membership which costs
$110 per month with a one time $60 registration

Or you can choose to pay per a single class which costs

The weekly schedule for our classes is
Tuesday Wednesday and Friday starting at 8:10pm to 9:30pm
WRESTLING- The sport of wrestling, which is one of the oldest forms of combat. The class typically begins with a warm-up to get the blood flowing and muscles ready for action. This might include jogging, calisthenics, or dynamic stretching.
Technique Instruction: The coach will demonstrate and teach various wrestling techniques. This could cover takedowns, escapes, reversals, and pinning combinations.
